I chose this peri bottle because a gentle rinse can feel easier than wiping during the first postpartum days. The angled nozzle is designed for upside-down use, and the retractable shape fits into the included waterproof carrying bag.
Fill the 300 mL bottle with comfortably warm water, secure the cap, extend the nozzle, and squeeze gently while using the bathroom. Empty, rinse, and dry the bottle fully before storing it.
A care note: Plain water is the simplest default. Add herbs, witch hazel, or other ingredients only if your clinician has recommended them for your recovery. A peri bottle can help with cleansing and comfort, but it cannot treat infection, heavy bleeding, wound problems, or worsening pain.
