Refund policy

We accept returns on physical products delivered to your address if product is returned within 30 days after shipment is received. Refunds are not eligible if the product has been used or is not in its original condition. Undefining Motherhood will refund the cost of shipping. You can login to the Customer Portal for self-service returns or email support@undefiningmotherhood.com within 30 days of receipt of product for return instructions. 

Refund for the cost of the product will be processed once the planner is received at the facility. If within 7 days of your purchase you see a price change for the pregnancy planner, we will honor the discounted price and refund the difference. Please send these inquiries to support@undefiningmotherhood.com with your order number.

We do not accept returns on digital products.
