I chose this test because fertility information should not land on one partner by default. The Proov and YO kit uses a smartphone attachment and app to analyze a semen sample at home, including motile sperm concentration and movement.
The box contains two tests, which lets you repeat the process instead of treating one sample as the whole story. Follow the collection, timing, and phone-compatibility instructions closely before starting.
An important limit: This is a screening tool, not a complete laboratory semen analysis. It does not assess every fertility factor, and it is not for post-vasectomy testing. An abnormal, borderline, or confusing result deserves follow-up with a urologist or fertility clinician.
